We are seeking talented accounting professionals to join our Palm Beach Gardens office.

Essential Functions:
Maintaining clients' accounting software and files Reconciling client bank account statements Preparing journal entries Updating depreciation and amortization schedules Preparing monthly, quarterly, and/or annual financial statements Assisting with transactional accounting - payroll, cash receipts, cash disbursements Building relationships internally to foster a culture of innovation a Providing a excellent and proactive experience to every client Contributing to the success of our clients' organizations Contributing to the development of our staff junior associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting Your Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree required Master's degree not required, but a plus 2-5 years in handling the accounting duties described above Tax return preparation, a plus Progress towards CPA exam, a plus Proficiency with MS Word and Excel Ability to complete and enter non-routine and complex journal entries without assistance Proficiency with accounting specific software programs, including Quickbooks or other accounting, bill pay and payroll software experience Ability to read a financial statement and identify issues to discuss with a client Outstanding client service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment Job Type:
