Summary:
As a member of the North America Finance team, the Accounting Analyst will support the accounting and reporting process for all construction activities.
The successful candidate will be self-directed and able to work independently, experienced using the Microsoft Suite office tools, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and be a willing and enthusiastic team player.
Activities will include, but are not limited to:
Support for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process, as it relates to all areas of construction accounting Provide in-depth analysis of business performance and highlight risk and opportunities Review contracts financial results and analytical deliverables to validate completeness and accuracy of the reported results.
Work with the business units to resolve any issues Support the use of ACE tools to evaluate and improve the Finance processes Assist in maintaining internal controls, desktop procedures, administer department policies and procedures to assure robust internal controls.
Support Internal and External audit requests Proactive leader in supporting the operating groups with timely and accurate information that enables them to make logical financial decisions.
