Responsibilities of a Drive-Thru Team Member:
Before you leave each shift, do what you can to ensure the next shift is set up for success Assist your manager and the leadership team in meaningful ways that support and improve operational excellence Always be asking the question:
What is our Guest experience right now? What can you do to impact and improve their experience? Areas of Focus:
Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests:
eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality Operating the POS at the drive thru Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window Checking for product quality and consistency Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
