Ideal candidate views childcare as not just a job, has a true love for children, is a go-getter, and has a can-do attitude.
Former stay-at-home moms are encouraged to apply and these parents would love to work alongside one! A typical day/week in this position will include:
getting the children up and ready for school, transportation to and from school, coffee stop for you and Mom, work alongside the full-time Housekeeper, grocery errands, activity transportation, organizing playdates, cooking for the kids (this is a must!!) and other general household management tasks.
Dad travels often and you will work closely with Mom.
Live-in accommodations and vehicle are provided during the week for local candidates as this position is split-shift.
For any fantastic candidates that would have to relocate, live in accommodations can be provided for both week and weekend until you are able to secure your own address.
If you are local and prefer to live out during the week, please let us know, but split-shift would still be required and family does prefer live-in during the week.
(Ideal candidate is local and lives in during the week, lives out on the weekends) Summers are spent in The Hamptons and full-time live-in accommodations will be required for this time.
This family loves to travel and wants to take you with them, so you will need an updated passport and the flexibility to travel with them! SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday 7:
15am to 6pm with large break midday Split shift- before and after school care Weekends off COMPENSATION
Benefits:
$1,200 to $1,400/week (62,400 to 72,800/year) Two weeks paid vacation Paid sick/personal days All major holidays off Monthly healthcare stipend Live in Accommodations (during the week):
Private bed bath with separate entrance- brand new addition to the home! REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license Be of at least 18 years of age Show proof of legal right to work in the US Provide 3-5 professional references Ability to pass a standard background check.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
