This is a fast-paced retail automotive dealership.
Prior experience in the automotive retail industry is preferred but we are willing to train someone with a solid clerical or accounting background.
The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and work well independently as well as with a team.
The position will be combination of both bookkeeping and human resources.
initially, daily tasks will include:
Processing wholesale and auction title work Making trade payoffs Reconciling the employees' time cards Entering new employees in the electronic timeclock system Entering the background check requests into the computer system for applicants Processing new employee paperwork This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a career and not a job.
This is an entry level position in our accounting office but our philosophy is to promote from within.
If you are willing to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities, our seasoned financial management team is willing to teach and develop your skills.
