We are seeking a highly organized Property Admin/Assistant Property Manager to complement our growing team.
Ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic learner with an excellent work ethic.

This position is full-time and onsite, and you will be working closely with our President and Portfolio Manager.
Scheduling Vendors & Contractors Point person in office for all property related calls On-site property visits Making sure all new leases are completed and uploaded into system Must be okay with creating and using checklists Must have a valid driver's license Willing to visit different properties Experience with all Microsoft applications and computer proficient Extreme attention to detail Job Type:
