I am looking for an Admin Assistant for our Medicare Agency to service seniors with their insurance needs.
You will be provided with an opportunity to not only work along some of the top Medicare producers but to also learn how to assist seniors in their Medicare process.
You will relate to seniors who are looking to review and discuss their Medicare benefits.
We work with all the nation's leading insurance providers to ensure that you not only can offer all options but that the client always receives the best option available to them.
Responsibilities:
Take in-bound calls from new and current clients Assist with client scheduling and follow ups Assist with Document processing Communicate with prospects per text message & automated CRM system Be energetic, enthusiastic, and excited WHAT WE OFFER:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
