Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time (20 hours a week) Office Administrator Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing basic office duties, such as restocking and organizing supplies, as well as supporting various projects.
The ideal applicant will be tech-savvy, able to quickly learn and utilize new software and systems, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering, restocking, and inventory management.
Ensure the office is clean and organized, including managing filing systems and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including research, data entry, and coordination of schedules.
Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.
Utilize a variety of software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software, to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, responding to or directing inquiries as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks and projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills High comfort level with public interaction Adaptable Detail oriented Team oriented Must live within 15 minutes of our office either in Jupiter, PBG, Juno, NPB, Lake Park.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in an office environment, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana or Trello, a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
