Project Associate (Part-Time)

Summary:
The part-time Project Associate is responsible for projects that relate to the central content team, to ensure everything is delivered on time and that the ministries' resources are used properly.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized leader with exceptional communication skills, a passion to love on people and share the love of Jesus Christ.
JOB DUTIES:
Manage projects for the central content team and serve as support to other teams when needed.
Manage freelancers and the respective content that needs to be provided for them to complete project.
Allocate department resources in order to complete projects within the expected budget and timelines.
Enforce naming convention and file delivery.
Gather all information required by the team to meet their deadlines.
Manage strong lines of collaboration with other creative departments.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Do your research, invest in yourself and maintain knowledge of creative trends to stay relevant.
EDUCATION:
Associate Degree RELEVANT WORK
Experience:
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience JOB SPECS:

Part-time, Hourly (Non-Exempt) up to 25 hours per week Report to:
Creative Services Central Manager Recommended Skills Communication Coordinating Passionate Research Creativity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
