Our Medical Assistants are an integral part of the team, and this position allows you room to grow.
This is a career path position.
You will be working hand and hand with our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant treatment providers.
You are responsible for taking patient photos, preparing stations, follow-up, phone calls, filling prescriptions, ordering inventory items and in charge of medical inventory.

Assisting NP and PA with all aspects of aesthetic treatments including Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers and laser procedures.
Prepping patients and treatment rooms.
Room turnover and prep.
Reconstitution of neurotoxins and readying supplies for all injections, Lasers and other procedures Checking patients in/out in Orchid scheduling software Assisting in making the provider's daily scheduling flow smoothly Calling and confirming appointments, scheduling follow ups, future treatments, developing rapport with patients Accurately scheduling patients for all their aesthetic needs (Botox/Dysport, Derma Fillers, Laser services and other modalities) Working diligently to ensure the accurate and efficient utilization of scheduling software Upselling medical grade skin care products & services (extensive and on-going training provided) Calling patients who are due for their next appointments, confirming appointments and making schedule adjustments Assisting the Front Desk when necessary Responsible for Inventory tracking Work Schedule:
You will work a combination of shifts that have you in the office approximately 37 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
We are open 9:
00am to 7:
00pm - a typical schedule is 2 days a week you will work 11-7, other days 8:
45am to 5:
30pm.
Qualifications:

years of continuous employment in a Medical Office environment as a Medical Assistant or 2 years Professional Office environment experience.
Critical thinking in the office is crucial for true success.
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Be able to prioritize and ensure that you are thinking ahead to make sure the day goes smooth.
Must be proficient using a Computer for Office applications.
Must be computer literate and willing to learn new programs.
Knowledge of electronic scheduling programs and CRM experience is a plus.
Will work within a team and autonomously.
Knowledge of data input into Excel is desired.
Must be articulate, and can convey ideas, protocols, procedures as well as other information.
Dermatology or Aesthetics backroom is a big plus.
Bilingual spanish highly desired.
