Summary:
Luxury Estate Services Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee multiple high-end client properties.
The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring regular maintenance tasks are performed, coordinating repairs, addressing client requests in a timely manner, and preparing for client arrivals and departures.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple high-end client properties.
Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations.
Respond promptly to client requests and ensure their needs are met.
Prepare properties for client arrivals, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Conduct regular home inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, coordinating their services as necessary.
Utilize Airtable and Google Suite for efficient organization and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures in all aspects of property management.
Qualifications:
3 years of property management experience preferred.
Experience in customer-facing services and project management.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheet management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Reporting Structure:
The Property Manager will report to a Supervisor and the Owner of the company.
Collaboration with other Property Managers may be required for larger tasks.
