Job Description:
MD Now Urgent Care is looking for a full-time x-ray technician to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and has great customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and perform diagnostic x-ray examinations on patients Perform procedures that include, but are not limited to:
arthroscopic surgery, knee surgery, shoulder surgery, and procedures on the spine and pelvis Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure Accurately document all patient information in the electronic medical record Clean up the exam room after the procedure is completed Complete all patient paperwork Communicate with management regarding patient concerns or questions Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management Required Skills:
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a strong work ethic and professional appearance Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time while maintaining a pace that varies from fast to slow depending on patient status and or physician instructions Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time while lifting and or carrying objects up to 25 pounds.
