We are a small office, working closely together.
This is a part time position offering about 20 hours a week.
Working hours are flexible.
Mon-Thurs 5 hours daily, between 10 am and 5pm.
Fri between 10a, and 3pm.
Providing customer service to clients over the phone and packaging and shipping out orders are the main components of the job.
Helpful skills:
- Account Edge software.
-MS Excel -Knowlege of Eyewear/Optometry (not required) -Knowledge of Packing/ Shipping internationally.
(not required) -Attention to detail.
(REQUIRED) -Quality control.
-Problem solving.
-Customer Service, Strong phone skills.
-Working under pressure.
-Working with strong personalities.
