Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Lighthouse Point, FL (TBD) Gulfstream Boat Club is looking for a friendly and professional Boat Club Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations of an established, successful, premium boat club.
You will act as a resource for our members and guests, provide concierge-style customer service, assist with member reservations, club tours, membership sales, and maintain the integrity of our fleet.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able manage a variety of office management tasks and assist on the docks as needed.
You should feel comfortable working directly with members and guests with a high degree of attention to detail and demonstrate proficiency with boating, boater safety, and high end, concierge-style customer service.
You will act as an ambassador of the Gulfstream Boat Club brand.
About The Job You will manage member and guest relations You will manage a small team and their schedules You will interact and engage with our members, guests, and the public Assist members with reservations, requests, and membership renewals Respond to membership inquiries in person, by phone, and email Provide club tours for guests and potential members Prepare Boats for Reservations, Docking Boats/Slipping Boats Fuel and clean the boats after the guests return Ensure guests are aware of and feel confident with the safety equipment Prepare and update membership agreements and member accounts ensuring accuracy and validity of information Monitor daily reservation schedule & maintain fleet service schedule Assist on the docks and perform dockhand duties as needed Must be able to Lift Up to 50lbs Must be available to work weekends and holidays (we are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) Skills & Experience Experience with office management or in a similar administrative/management role Knowledge of the boating/marine industry Ability to manage a team including their schedules The ability to multitask, handle, and organize multiple requests Time management, the ability to manage to your own workload and your team's Utilizing a CRM to monitor and manage sales and inquiries, alongside the Sales Team and General Manager Customer Service.

Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day and holidays excluding Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Familiarity with the boating/marine industry and boating safety is preferred.
Compensation will include a base salary and bonus opportunities based on club performance.
Position will be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Lighthouse Point, FL (TBD).
