Job Description:
MCM Companies is seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Architect with experience in prefabricated and/or modular design to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing innovative architectural solutions that push the boundaries of traditional construction methods.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop prefabricated and modular housing solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
Utilize your expertise in architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques to create efficient and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for prefabricated and modular construction projects.
Work closely with engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure design integrity, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in prefabricated and modular construction to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed Architect with a minimum of X years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
Proven track record of designing and delivering prefabricated and/or modular construction projects from concept to completion.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
