As a Service Technician at aGc, you will be responsible for the daily mechanical operations for the branch while establishing a high level, quality customer experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Regularly perform general maintenance, repairs and service of electric, battery, and gasoline vehicles both on/off-site. Tasks include but are not limited to tune ups, battery replacements, installation of accessories, lights, tops, seat kits, lift kits, etc.
Must be able to troubleshoot and fix electrical components
Will ensure the timeliness and quality of tasks performed to reduce call backs and increase customer satisfaction
Will maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times (on/off-site)
Ability to accurately record repairs made, time spent, and parts used.
Maintain good public relations with customers both on/off site.
To be successful in this role, our ideal employees typically have:
3-6
years experience as a golf car service technician (EZGO, Club Car, Yamaha, etc)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
High level work ethic
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in English
Valid driver's license in good standing
Can-do attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to achieve branch goals
Ability to comply with company policy at all times.
